COUNSELING NOTICE FOR VACANT SEATS ADMISSION TO BBA (HM) 3 YEARS
DEGREE COURSE IN SCHOOL OF HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT,
UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU.
It is notified for the information for all the eligible candidates who have applied for BBA (Hotel Management) course in School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Jammu for the current academic session i.e. 2018-2019 that they should report at the office of School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Jammu for counseling cum admission to the BBA (HM) course as per the schedule given below. The candidates are requested to bring a demand draft of INR 60,640/- (Sixty Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Rupees only) in favor of Director, SHTM, University of Jammu payable at Jammu during the counseling.

The candidates can verify their composite score / merit-based rank from the university website or can contact the office of SHTM.
NOTE:
- Admission shall be provisional and made strictly according to the merit, subject to the verification of their eligibility and documents.
- The candidates are advised to bring in all their original documents along with the photocopy (JUET score-card, Matric diploma and marks card, 12th class mark sheet and diploma, Provisional Certificate, Migration Certificate, Transfer Certificate and State subject for candidates who have applied under reserved category) for verification.
- The candidates have to be present during the counseling session, failing which they shall lose their claim for consideration for admission to the course.
- The seats shall be offered to the candidates next in the merit, in case candidates fail to deposit the demand draft at the time of the announcement of their name.
- Invitation to the counseling doesn’t guarantee the admission to the course. The number of students to be admitted shall be subject to the availability of the vacant seats only.
- The candidates are requested to bring a demand draft of INR 60,640/- (Sixty Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Rupees only) in favor of Director, SHTM, University of Jammu payable at Jammu during the counseling.
